INTERLIFE HOLDINGS announced its results after the close of trading on 15 October. It reported current-year ordinary profit of ¥1.23 billion, up 36.3% year on year, revised its full-year forecast upward to ¥1.37 billion and increased its annual dividend to ¥36.
INTERLIFE HOLDINGS' consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2027 was ¥1.23 billion, up 36.3% year on year. Revenue increased from ¥8,160 million to ¥8,917 million, while ordinary profit for the June-August period, representing the latest three months, was ¥310 million, down 18.7% year on year.
The full-year ordinary profit forecast was raised from the previous forecast of ¥1.19 billion to ¥1.37 billion, implying an 18.5% increase in profit. This further adds to the previous forecast of record profit for the third consecutive fiscal year.
The current-year annual dividend was revised upward from the previous plan of ¥30 to ¥36. For the second-half outlook, consolidated ordinary profit for the September-February period is estimated at ¥130 million, down 46.8% year on year.
The latest earnings materials show that, although results are expanding compared with the previous fiscal year, profit declined when the latest three months are viewed separately, suggesting a policy of returning value to shareholders alongside the dividend increase.
