NSD raised its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 from the previous forecast of ¥19.7 billion to ¥20.4 billion. The result for the same period of the previous year was ¥8.35 billion, representing a 1.8% increase, and updating the forecast for a record-high first-half profit.
The company revised its year-end dividend, paid as a single year-end distribution, from the previous plan of ¥97 to ¥100. The revision was based on a review in light of its policies on total payout ratio and dividend payout ratio.
The company cited a favorable order environment, including solid demand for core system renewal projects and expansion of existing projects in the Financial IT segment, as well as firm sales of security products, as reasons for the revision.
