The Form Conversion Agent converts forms such as FAXes, paper documents, PDFs and Excel files into data, then converts them into formats suitable for core and accounting systems. The Reconciliation Agent matches the converted data with billing, payment and purchase order data, and when a discrepancy arises, presents possible reasons and supporting evidence.
The Form Conversion Agent uses proprietary AI-OCR technology to read handwritten and faded characters, and assigns a confidence score to the reading results. This allows it to present only the items requiring confirmation.
The Reconciliation Agent matches billing and payment data with purchase order data and presents supporting evidence for identifying the reasons for discrepancies, narrowing down the items requiring review by staff. Staff make the final decisions on promotional expenses, and the analysis is used by the Promotional Management Agent.
Kurashiru,Inc. plans to expand Kurashiru AI OS with automated order processing, automated product master management and expanded marketing investment analysis functions.
