Coach A held a luncheon seminar on the evolution of healthcare management at the 30th Annual Conference of the Japanese Society of Nursing Administration. The seminar took place on 21 and 22 August 2026 at Tokyo International Forum.
At the 30th Annual Conference of the Japanese Society of Nursing Administration, Coach A held a luncheon seminar titled “The Evolution of Healthcare Management Created by People and AI: Putting Leadership and Inquiry into Practice.” The program comprised “Reconsidering the Essence of Healthcare Leadership: Are You Doing the Work AI Cannot?” and “Making the Power of Inquiry Infrastructure: New Frontiers in Healthcare Management Opened Up by AI Coaching.” The speakers were Coach A executive officers Otsuka Shiho (大塚 志保), Kubota Junko (久保田 淳子) and Ito Kotaro (伊藤 光太郎).
The first session explored the essence of “leadership that cannot be replaced by AI,” focusing on engagement through dialogue, the creation of meaning and emotions. The second considered practical ways to embed the “power of inquiry” in healthcare organizations in the age of AI, based on implementation data for the company’s AI coaching service, CoachAmit.
The 30th Annual Conference of the Japanese Society of Nursing Administration was held under the theme “Let’s Talk About Leadership: Bringing 30 Years of Wisdom into the Future.” The conference took place on 21 and 22 August 2026 at Tokyo International Forum.
