Create Restaurants Holdings left its outlook for the fiscal year ending February 2027 unchanged and indicated that it expects to achieve increases in both revenue and profit.
Create Restaurants Holdings left its initial outlook for the fiscal year ending February 2027 unchanged, forecasting revenue of ¥171 billion, up 3.4% year on year; operating profit of ¥9 billion, up 13.3%; profit before tax of ¥8 billion, up 1.8%; profit for the period attributable to owners of the parent of ¥5.7 billion, up 21.9%; and adjusted EBITDA of ¥27.1 billion, up 3.2%.
Assuming that selective consumption driven by inflation will become established and inbound demand will remain firm, the company expects existing-store sales to grow as customer numbers increase and appropriate pricing continues, while targeting higher revenue through the consolidated effects of completed M&A. Cost increases will be absorbed through appropriate pricing and greater logistics efficiency, and the cost ratio is expected to remain at the previous fiscal year's level.
In the second half, the company expects benefits including reductions in head office expenses from the merger with SFP Holdings. It will continue investing for growth under its medium-term management plan while taking the effects of the merger into account. The medium-term plan is focused on advancing intrinsic value, creating synergies and pursuing overseas M&A, with targets for revenue of ¥230 billion and operating profit of ¥16 billion in the fiscal year ending February 2030, the plan's final year.
