Segue Group raised its earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026, expecting revenue of ¥30,000 million and operating profit of ¥2,600 million, among other figures. First-half progress reached 53% for revenue and approximately 85% for operating profit and below, but the outlook for the second half remains cautious.
Segue Group raised its consolidated earnings outlook for the fiscal year ending December 2026 in August 2026. Revenue is expected to increase 19.6% year on year to ¥30,000 million, operating profit to rise 40.2% to ¥2,600 million, ordinary profit to increase 29.9% to ¥2,600 million, and net income attributable to owners of the parent to grow 34.3% to ¥1,600 million.
The factors behind the revision include stronger-than-expected performance in support services, which generate recurring revenue, and sales of the company's proprietary RevoWorks product. This resulted in substantial growth in gross profit and upward revisions to profit at each stage.
While first-half progress reached 53% for revenue, the company expects the number of GSS projects to decline in the second half. Its outlook is therefore cautious as it continues investing in recruitment and employee development to pursue growth. However, the forecast is considered fully achievable.
