The “Big Sushi Toppings Festival,” featuring exceptionally satisfying sushi toppings, is now underway at Uobei and Genki Sushi. The campaign runs from 9 October 2026 until supplies run out and covers all restaurants nationwide.
Genki Global Dining Concepts announced that the “Big Sushi Toppings Festival” will be held at Uobei and Genki Sushi from 9 October 2026. The campaign will continue until supplies run out and covers all Uobei and Genki Sushi restaurants nationwide. Uobei Life Garden Shibata will be closed for refurbishment from 5 to 15 October.
The festival centers on items featuring large-cut and extra-large sushi toppings, including the “Whole Conger Eel” (¥480), made with an entire conger eel, the richly flavored “Large-Cut Engawa” (¥240), snow crab (¥270) and other substantial toppings, as well as flame-seared “Beef Tongue Nigiri” (¥180) and “Divine Shrimp” (¥180).
For dessert, the autumn sweet-potato offerings include the “Crunchy Sweet Potato Parfait” (¥380) and “Sweet Potato Cake” (¥280). The festival also features popular items such as tuna assortments and medium-fatty tuna, creating a lineup centered on the flavors of autumn.
