The Yamanashi Chuo Bank held a healthcare seminar on preconception care for employees in their third and fifth years of service. The training was designed to support future life design and career planning, and covered acquiring accurate knowledge and reviewing lifestyle habits.
株式会社ファミワン served as the instructor for the training. The stated aim was to support improvements in the working environment and individual career development by providing accurate knowledge for the future and encouraging participants to reflect on their daily lives. Samples of menstrual products and self-test kits were also displayed at the seminar venue, giving participants an opportunity to handle the actual products and learn about their features.
Participants commented on the importance of considering life design from a young age and said the seminar prompted them to think about what they should do now in preparation for their long-term future plans.
This training has been offered continuously since fiscal 2024, and is being held for the third time this fiscal year. The stated aim is also to encourage consideration of future options by targeting employees 2 years earlier in their careers.
