At the same time, it revised full-year ordinary income from its previous forecast range of ¥200 million–¥300 million to ¥300 million.
Based on results for the first three quarters and the full-year plan, consolidated ordinary income for the September–November period (fourth quarter) is expected to be a ¥113 million loss. The calculation indicates that the loss will narrow from the corresponding period of the previous year, which was also loss-making.
Consolidated ordinary income for the latest three-month period, June–August, was ¥115 million, while the operating profit margin on sales improved sharply from negative 14.8% in the corresponding period of the previous year to 8.5%.
