Nihon Falcom announced that it had revised its earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2026, forecasting revenue of ¥4.3 billion, operating profit of ¥2.8 billion, ordinary profit of ¥2.8 billion and net profit of ¥1.9 billion. All are expected to exceed the initial forecasts and reach record highs.
Contributing factors include solid sales of Trails in the Sky the 2nd, released worldwide on 17 September, and Kyoto Xanadu -Ouka Genbu-, released in Japan and other Asian markets in July. Global sales of Trails in the Sky the 1st, released last September, are also said to have contributed strongly.
As a result, revenue, operating profit, ordinary profit and net profit are all expected to reach record highs, indicating that the expansion of the company's entertainment business is progressing more steadily than anticipated.
