Staying true to “Straight to sushi!” in its 43rd year: domestic scallops prepared three ways—plain, seared with mayonnaise, and topped with yuzu—from ¥110 including tax!

株式会社あきんどスシロー will offer domestic scallops in 3 preparations, “plain,” “mayonnaise-seared,” and “topped with yuzu,” nationwide at Sushiro from 28 October. Prices start at ¥110 including tax, and the sales period runs from 28 October 2026 through 8 November.

In addition to the new products, several other sushi items and assortments will be available during the same period, including “Nagasaki Offshore Wild Bluefin Tuna Negitoro Wrap,” “Large-Cut Purple Squid Tasting Comparison,” “5-Type Wild Fish Assortment,” “Aomori-Grown Salmon Tasting Comparison,” and “Marinated Horse Mackerel with Miso-Dressed Gunkan Sushi.” All are priced from ¥110 including tax.

The assortments include a broad lineup such as negitoro wraps, squid with salted lemon, and salmon tasting comparisons. Information on takeout availability and store-specific pricing is available through the app and official website.

Each product will have a planned sales quantity during the sales period and is expected to be discontinued once sold out. The products will be sold at Sushiro locations nationwide.
