kubell Storage and atena, both part of the kubell Group, have begun API integration between the business online storage service “Secure SAMBA” and the cloud mail service “atena.” The integration creates a system in which mail received, opened and scanned by atena is automatically saved in a designated Secure SAMBA folder.
The integration enables the receipt, storage and sharing of mail to be completed in the cloud, allowing small and medium-sized companies and professional firms to manage mail securely. It is expected to reduce the burden of processing paper mail as remote work and DX progress.
Mail received, opened and scanned by atena is automatically saved as PDF data in a Secure SAMBA folder, eliminating the need to re-upload it through the management screen. Subject to access-rights settings, the saved data can be shared with internal staff as well as external professionals, and file sharing through Chatwork integration is also enabled.
The companies plan to expand integration among services within the kubell Group and establish a structure supporting back-office operations at small and medium-sized companies. Secure SAMBA has been adopted by more than 8,000 companies and has a high retention rate, while atena is gaining adoption as a service that digitally manages the receipt, opening and scanning of mail.
