Goldwin Inc. has launched Circular Action, a circular project. Uniforms worn by Japan’s moguls team will be collected and transformed into 7 types of upcycled products, which will be sold for a limited time with DPPs introduced.
Goldwin Inc. announced on 30 September 2026 the launch of Circular Action, its brand’s circular project. As its first initiative, the company disclosed plans to collect uniforms worn by the Japanese national freestyle skiing team’s moguls athletes and transform them into upcycled products. The products will be sold in limited quantities at GRAVITY KANDA from 15 to 25 October 2026.
The uniforms worn by the moguls team will be converted into 7 types of products, including tote bags, sacoche bags, helmet cases, goggle cases, pouches and drawstring bags. Each item differs in the colours, patterns and specifications of the original uniform, and the products are designed to make maximum use of the garments and their components.
Digital product passports (DPPs) will be introduced for the products. Scanning the QR code on the product tag will provide access to information about the product before upcycling, the athlete who wore it, its background, CO2 emissions, care instructions, repair contacts and collection information. A portion of sales will be donated to the public interest incorporated foundation SAJ for athlete support.
