Kizakura will launch “Kizakura 100% Domestic Ingredients Beer” on 14 October 2026. With an alcohol content of 5%, it is a seasonal limited-edition beer made with domestic hops, domestic malt and Fushimizu water.
The product is named Kizakura 100% Domestic Ingredients Beer and has an alcohol content of 5%. All ingredients are domestic, including contract-grown fresh domestic hops used at Kizakura's Tamba brewery and Tanaka Farm, and New Sachihogo Golden malt from Tochigi Prefecture. Brewing uses Fushimizu, the renowned water of Fushimi, Kyoto.
Available as a seasonal limited-edition product, it uses the famous Fushimi water also used for ginjo brewing of sake. The water is said to bring out the umami of the domestic malt and the citrus aroma from the domestic hops.
