鳥越製粉 announced that it will revise prices for commercial-use wheat from deliveries dated 19 December 2026. The products covered will mainly be strong flour and semi-strong flour, excluding certain brands.
The reasons for the price revision include a 12.0% average increase across 5 varieties in the government selling price of imported wheat effective 1 October 2026, as well as higher power and transportation costs.
Specifically, prices will increase by ¥295 per 25 kg for strong and semi-strong flour, ¥240 for medium-strength and weak flour, and ¥395 for 100% domestic wheat flour.
Business partners have reportedly already been notified of the details of the price revision.
