Reservations have opened for the Lucis Building at the TT GENESIS for-sale housing development in Vietnam. The Lucis Building will comprise 2 condominium buildings of up to 30 floors above ground and 12 detached houses on a site of approximately 1.9 hectares, for a planned total of approximately 1,400 units.
Drawing on insights from the first property, the project has been planned with a unit mix centered on two-bedroom homes, for which demand is strong among families, with consideration given to the balance between livability and affordability. The first reservation event for the Lucis Building was held on 24 October 2026 and attracted many visitors.
Nha Be District in Ho Chi Minh City is a lush, green area where the development of urban infrastructure, including major arterial roads and rail networks, is expected in the future. Construction of TT AVIO began in 2024, and its progress rate had reached approximately 99% as of 21 October 2026.
Cosmos Initia aims to develop its for-sale housing business in Vietnam over the long term, focusing on supplying housing to meet end-user demand among middle-income households.
