Reservations have opened for the Lucis building at TT GENESIS, under development in Ho Chi Minh City’s Nha Be area, and a reservation event covering 400 Phase 1 units was held on the 24th.
COSMOS INITIA, part of the Daiwa House Group, has begun accepting reservations for the Lucis building at TT GENESIS, a residential development in Ho Chi Minh City’s Nha Be area. On the 24th, a reservation event was held for 400 Phase 1 units.
The project is a mixed residential development on a site of approximately 1.9 hectares, comprising 2 condominium buildings of up to 30 above-ground floors and 12 detached houses, with a target of approximately 1,400 units in total. The project primarily targets middle-income households and is planned with a unit mix that emphasizes a balance between livability and affordability.
Handover is scheduled for around July–September 2029. The Nha Be area, where the project is located, is expected to benefit from convenient access from the urban center and future infrastructure improvements.
The project is being jointly developed by TT Capital Investment, Koterasu Partners and Hinokiya Group, with the aim of expanding the supply of housing in the local market.
The first project, TT AVIO, launched in 2024 in Di An City, the former Binh Duong Province, has a total of 2,055 units and has reached an approximately 99% sales progress rate.
