GMO GlobalSign Holdings has launched “GMO Sign for kintone,” a new plug-in that completes the process from signature requests through execution and storage on kintone. It also supports bulk sending and bulk signing for multiple records, and allows users to select SMS or in-person signing in addition to email.
GMO GlobalSign Holdings announced on the 14th that it would begin offering “GMO Sign for kintone,” a plug-in that adds electronic contract signing functionality to kintone, Cybozu’s cloud service for building business applications. The plug-in enables users to complete the process from requesting signatures based on customer and project information managed in kintone through storing and managing executed contract documents, using only the kintone interface.
Previously, integration mainly involved combining a document-generation service with signing functionality. Because this plug-in provides only signing functionality, it can be introduced without changing existing document-generation tools or kintone operations. Signature requests are configured and sent from the record screen, and executed contracts are automatically reflected in kintone, enabling centralized management of contract statuses.
