A new product featuring the premium Fresh Banana & Chocolate, known at Saint Marc Café as the “legendary Choco Croissant,” reworked with a custard flavor, will be available for a limited time at locations nationwide from 9 October through mid-December.
The limited-edition “Premium Choco Croissant: Fresh Banana & Custard” will go on sale at Saint Marc Café locations nationwide, excluding some stores, from 9 October (Friday). This new product features the former “legendary Choco Croissant” Fresh Banana & Chocolate, changed to a custard flavor, and is scheduled to remain on sale until around mid-December.
The new product is made by wrapping fresh banana cut into quarter-size pieces and custard-flavored chocolate in Choco Croissant dough, then baking it in an in-store oven. Sliced almonds are added as a topping, creating a combination of banana sweetness and creamy chocolate.
