Automotive parts maker MIKUNI CORPORATION has adopted the “Organisational Staffing” function of CTM2.0, the talent management product within the integrated COMPANY® HR system. It is systematising personnel transfer coordination previously conducted using spreadsheets, while advancing data-based optimal staffing and integration with the core HR system.
MIKUNI CORPORATION has announced the adoption of the “Organisational Staffing” function in the CTM2.0 series of talent management products within the integrated COMPANY® HR system. This enables organisational and staffing proposals previously prepared by each department to be jointly edited and reviewed within the same system, reducing tasks such as the distribution, collection and recompilation of files through spreadsheet software. The company identified the time required for coordination between departments as an issue under the previous process.
Using CTM2.0 makes it possible to create staffing proposals based on objective data by referring to talent data within the same system. Finalised personnel transfer proposals are directly linked to “COMPANY® HR and Payroll”, reducing manual transcription errors and the burden of data migration, and are expected to enable organisational restructuring to proceed more agilely.
As the background to introducing CTM2.0, the company cited growth and the promotion of human capital management under its long-term management vision, “VISION2033”, and emphasised that it already uses the COMPANY® series as its core HR system. The introduction of CTM2.0 is part of an initiative aimed at enhancing and streamlining organisational restructuring and strengthening data integration.
