昭和パックス reported consolidated ordinary profit of ¥780 million for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027 (April–June), a substantial 49.9% increase year on year.
The company also disclosed its previously undisclosed full-year forecast, calling for ordinary profit of ¥2.15 billion, up 15.2% from the previous fiscal year and marking a second consecutive record high.
At the same time, its previously undisclosed first-half forecast projected ordinary profit of ¥1.35 billion, up 45.0% year on year, pointing to a record high for first-half profit.
In the latest three-month period, the operating margin on sales for the April–June quarter improved substantially to 10.6% from 7.5% a year earlier.
