Take and Give Needs announced that it had signed an agreement with Columbia Works to operate a hotel Columbia Works plans to develop in Nikko. The hotel will be in the luxury category, with approximately 50 rooms, and operations are expected to begin in FY2031.
The company has positioned its hotel business as a pillar of medium- to long-term growth. Including this project, 10 hotels have been brought to fruition to date.
