TAPP won GOLD in the PROFILE CRAFT category at Wantedly Awards 2026. Of its 181 full-time employees, 176 have made their profiles public on Wantedly, and the company’s initiative to have everyone communicate about the company in their own words was recognized.
TAPP won GOLD in the PROFILE CRAFT category at Wantedly Awards 2026. The award category, PROFILE CRAFT, is part of CRAFT CATEGORY, which recognizes companies that create profiles showing the faces of their members.
The company began using Wantedly in May 2019. Since then, it has continued publishing job postings and stories, using the platform as a central recruitment tool. Through its company-wide profile creation initiative, it established a structure in which each employee communicates about their work and the company in their own words.
Profile photos were optional, and the company encouraged participation by distributing examples and explaining how to complete the profiles. As a result, 176 of 181 people published profiles in their own words, producing a publication rate of approximately 97%.
As a secondary effect of this initiative, communication and dialogue across internal departments became more active, while interest in Wantedly also increased, creating stronger organizational cohesion and a cycle of information sharing. The company plans to continue strengthening connections among employees and communicating the authentic TAPP.
