ウィルク won the TEAM OF THE YEAR ROOKIE Award at Wantedly Awards 2026, hosted by Wantedly, which operates the business social networking service Wantedly. The award was announced at FUZE2026, making ウィルク the first company in the Chubu region to receive the ROOKIE Award.
The ROOKIE Award is presented to companies that achieve results within 1 year of starting to use Wantedly. Overall, the top 100 companies selected from approximately 40,000 companies are included in the BEST TEAM NOMINATION100, from which a further 5 companies receive awards.
The company is said to have achieved empathy-based recruitment by consistently communicating authentically. Applications increased 20-fold year on year, while the response rate to scouting messages reached 50%. The company links its vision, “Creating an altruistic ecosystem through an agency spiral,” with Wantedly’s philosophy of empathy-based recruitment.
ウィルク operates JUSOKU, a recruitment support service, and コレッド, which provides employment transition support and support services. The company says that its on-the-ground initiatives are reflected in its recruitment activities and business policies. It plans to continue pursuing recruitment practices centered on individual agency from its base in Nagoya.
