バイク王＆カンパニー will change its shareholder benefits to digital gifts, offering digital gifts worth ¥3,000 to shareholders holding 500 or more shares and ¥10,000 to those holding 1,000 or more shares. Eligible shareholders are those recorded in the shareholder register as of 30 November 2026.
バイク王＆カンパニー announced that it would change its shareholder benefit program. The program will be revised from the current benefits, which apply to purchases and the use of related services, to a format available to a broader range of shareholders.
The new benefit will be provided as a digital gift. Shareholders holding 500 or more but fewer than 1,000 shares will receive a digital gift worth ¥3,000, while those holding 1,000 or more shares will receive one worth ¥10,000.
Eligible shareholders are those recorded in the shareholder register as of 30 November 2026.
