CHANGE Holdings acquired shares in AI development company アウターク and brought it into the group. アウターク President and CEO Nishiyama Mizuki (西山瑞生) has become CAIO of the CHANGE Holdings Group and will drive the development of AI solutions across the group.
CHANGE Holdings announced the acquisition of shares in アウターク, which develops systems and supports business transformation using AI, and brought the company into its group. アウターク provides AI solutions that support the transfer of technical expertise and reduce reliance on individual employees at worksites, including those in the manufacturing sector. CHANGE Holdings aims to improve productivity at Japanese companies by combining its own network with アウターク’s development capabilities.
アウターク has a distinctive delivery model under which it enters worksites from the pre-contract stage and conducts prototype development and free proof-of-concept projects, enabling it to provide AI solutions quickly and at low cost. The group formation is expected to integrate AI-native development capabilities with CHANGE Holdings’ network and accelerate the digitalisation and adoption of AI in business operations at Japanese companies.
