イチネンホールディングス announced that it would reflect the results of Taiyo Fertilizer, Ichinen MAC and MC FERTICOM, following the acquisition of shares in these subsidiaries, in its earnings forecasts and recognize a gain on bargain purchase as extraordinary income. As a result, full-year net sales and profit for the fiscal year ending March 2027 are expected to exceed the previous forecasts.
