Kohnan Shoji announced that it began selling the new PortTech product “Sound Warning Alarm Light (model IWL-24B)” through its official online store in September 2026.
The product uses light and sound to signal its location and danger, and is equipped with 3 types of alarm sounds and red and blue warning lights. It can be used to alert people nearby during disasters, accidents, crime-prevention activities and other situations requiring caution.
The LED provides 500 lumens of white light and can be used in 4 modes, including 2 brightness settings, High and Low, as well as flashing and an SOS signal.
The base is equipped with a magnet and metal clip, allowing the light to be attached hands-free to steel surfaces, clothing or bags. It is powered by 3 AAA batteries (sold separately) and is intended for outdoor work and use as a disaster-preparedness item.
The published product specifications include the product name and model number, price, brightness, run time, power source, IPX4 water-resistance rating and included magnetic components.
