ハイブリッドテクノロジーズ, which operates in Japan and Vietnam, announced its consolidated financial results for the third quarter on 14 August 2026. Revenue was ¥4,870 million and EBITDA was ¥391 million, representing year-on-year increases of 110% and 71%, respectively, and marking substantial progress. The main contributors were the consolidation of NGSC and the acquisition of a business in the Human Resources segment.
The Japan business in the Development segment generated revenue of ¥1,682 million, up 80% year on year, while segment profit was ¥210 million, up 49%. The overseas business generated revenue of ¥2,126 million and segment profit of ¥352 million. Although the overseas business included the recognition of spot revenue and posted lower revenue and profit than in the immediately preceding quarter, underlying revenue remained strong. The Human Resources segment grew rapidly, generating revenue of ¥1,066 million, up 516% year on year, and segment profit of ¥41 million, up 123%.
The full-year forecast was revised to a range of ¥6,859 million in revenue, ¥187 million to ¥251 million in operating profit, ¥464 million to ¥511 million in EBITDA, ¥68 million to ¥132 million in profit before tax, and ¥45 million to ¥96 million in net income. The revised forecast takes into account costs associated with the organizational restructuring and the impact of the revaluation of goodwill.
At the same time, the company resolved to transfer its businesses to 2 wholly owned subsidiaries through an incorporation-type company split effective 1 October 2026, transitioning to a holding company structure. Under the incorporation-type company split, 株式会社ハイブリッドワン is expected to assume the offshore development business, while 株式会社ShuHaRi is expected to assume the domestic solutions business.
