Persol Holdings announced that it will launch the fifth cohort of “TECH UP CAMPUS,” an employee training program supporting its transition to an AI-first business. Focusing on AX skills, the program will run online from November 2026 to February 2027, with 1,000 participants expected.
Persol Group will launch the fifth cohort of “TECH UP CAMPUS,” an upskilling program for employees, to facilitate its transition to an AI-first business model. The fifth cohort will focus on developing “AX skills,” which involve redesigning work processes by using generative AI and AI agents.
Applications are expected to exceed 1,000, while cumulative participation has reached 2,156. “TECH UP CAMPUS” is a customized, hands-on program featuring peer learning and a badge system designed to make acquired skills visible. Based on participation in the first through fourth cohorts, the program places emphasis on learning that can be applied directly to day-to-day operations.
The fifth cohort organizes AX skills into 4 areas for using AI to redesign operations and work practices, moving beyond conventional digital transformation capabilities. The areas are generative AI × operational redesign, AI agents × operational redesign, AI × business data utilization, and AI × project management.
The fifth cohort will run online from November 2026 to February 2027, with 6 sessions in total. Since the program was launched in 2024, cumulative participation has reached 2,156, and the group will continue expanding opportunities for people of all roles and experience levels to understand AI properly and apply it in the workplace.
Note: Persol Group provides DX talent development through the Birusupi DX talent-development service, and this renewal of the fifth cohort shifts the program’s focus to learning centered on AX skills.
