EIZO announced that it will launch the CG3200X, a color-management monitor with an OLED panel for the first time in the ColorEdge series, on 1 December 2026. Features include HDR display support and new ABL control.
The ColorEdge CG3200X is a 31.5-inch monitor with 4K UHD resolution and an OLED (QD-OLED) panel, designed for color management. It offers peak brightness of 1,000 cd/m², 300 cd/m² with a full-screen white image, and a high contrast ratio of approximately 1.5 million:1, enabling accurate review of HDR content production. Like previous ColorEdge series models, it is designed to provide reliable color reproduction and stable display over extended periods. The price is open, and the release date has been announced as 1 December 2026.
The monitor incorporates ABL control based on newly developed display-control technology. It suppresses the reduction in brightness associated with increased power consumption at high OLED brightness levels and stabilizes the evaluation of HDR video. Users can choose between 2 ABL modes, Highlight and Full Gradation, providing a display that balances visibility with the preservation of gradation. Other listed features supporting accurate color reproduction in production environments include a non-reflective AGLR panel, a color-fringe removal function, and customizable contrast settings.
