Against a backdrop of difficulties in carrying out large-scale maintenance on the reheating furnace, the service was adopted as part of an initiative to move from time-based maintenance to condition-based maintenance. This is expected to reduce excessive preventive replacement and optimize maintenance planning.
Going forward, the service is expected to support the preparation of repair plans using online diagnostics and improve cost management, while reducing the risk of equipment shutdowns and increasing maintenance efficiency.
