Wantedly will revise its Startup Plan recruitment package for startups and begin offering upgrades to the Standard Plan. The new plan allows users to send 150 scouting messages over 6 months and adds a photography option.
Wantedly announced that it will revise its Startup Plan for its Wantedly recruitment service aimed at startups that have completed fundraising. The revised plan adds a feature for sending scouting messages to candidates of interest in addition to posting recruitment listings and stories, providing intensive support over 6 months for “proactive recruitment activities” in which companies actively approach candidates.
The new plan is called the Standard Plan. In addition to recruitment listings and story postings, it allows users to send 150 scouting messages. The usage period is set at 6 months, during which companies are expected to concentrate their use of scouting over a short period and turn it into recruitment. A photography option is also available, allowing companies to add visuals to recruitment listings and stories.
Three requirements apply to the Startup Plan: no previous record of using the plan, no previous record of using a paid Wantedly plan, and investment from a designated institution. Several venture capital firms are listed among the designated institutions.
An application form for the plan is available officially, and users are advised that the services offered may be changed or discontinued. After the plan's eligibility period ends, the regular paid plans are expected to remain available at their existing prices.
