Three KING JIM products received the 2026 Good Design Award. The award-winning products are the Visual Bar Timer Petit, Foldable Book Clip “Twip,” and Wearable Quilt & Air Mat, all 3 of which will also be exhibited at an exhibition beginning in October.
KING JIM announced that 3 of its products, the “Visual Bar Timer Petit,” “Foldable Book Clip ‘Twip,’” and “Wearable Quilt & Air Mat,” received the 2026 Good Design Award. Each product was recognized for its focused functionality and ease of use, with prices and colors listed in the award-winning product summaries.
The Visual Bar Timer Petit is a stick-shaped timer with a large horizontal scale that allows users to see the remaining time intuitively. It is compact enough to fit in a pencil case, and its slanted back makes it easy to view. It has 2 measurement modes and a silent mode.
The Foldable Book Clip “Twip” uses separate clips on the left and right to hold even thick books in place. Its windowed clips secure pages without obscuring them, while a 180°-rotating shaft allows a book to be held open. It is adjustable in length and suitable for carrying.
The Wearable Quilt & Air Mat is a human-shaped sleeping bag that does not restrict arm or leg movement, with elastic cuffs and hems that can be adjusted. Zippers on the torso and around the feet balance ease of movement while sleeping with wearability during evacuation. It also includes disaster-preparedness features such as a whistle and reflective tape.
