After the close of trading on the 5th, JINUSHI raised its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026 to revenue of ¥106 billion, operating profit of ¥12.7 billion and net profit of ¥8.5 billion, and set the year-end dividend at ¥70 and the annual dividend at ¥135. The company explained that the near-finalisation of projects scheduled for sale during the cumulative third quarter increased the likelihood of achieving the targets.
JINUSHI raised its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026, with revenue changed from ¥100 billion to ¥106 billion, operating profit from ¥12 billion to ¥12.7 billion and net profit from ¥8 billion to ¥8.5 billion. At the same time, the year-end dividend was changed from ¥65 to ¥70, and the annual dividend forecast was set at ¥135. By the third quarter, 99% of the projects scheduled for sale during the fiscal year had been finalised, and the company had also received a letter of intent to purchase the remaining project, which was cited as a factor.
For the cumulative three quarters, revenue was ¥65.492 billion, operating profit was ¥7.628 billion and net profit was ¥5.284 billion, representing a substantial increase in profit from the same period of the previous year.
The upward revision was made because the likelihood of achieving the full-year earnings forecast was judged to have increased.
Points to watch include the specific progress of the letter of intent to purchase the remaining project and the final decision on the form in which the year-end dividend will be paid.
