HULIC raised its consolidated forecasts for the fiscal year ending December 2026 and also increased its year-end dividend forecast. The share price has moved back into positive territory in afternoon trading.
HULIC raised its consolidated earnings forecasts for the fiscal year ending December 2026, increasing its operating profit forecast from ¥210 billion to ¥217 billion and its net income forecast from ¥121 billion to ¥126 billion. It also raised its year-end dividend forecast from ¥33.50 to ¥36.50, setting its annual dividend forecast at ¥70. The revenue forecast was set at ¥900 billion, up approximately 23.7% year on year.
The company said the upward revision was driven by progress in building a high-quality rental portfolio and selling properties that did not align with its holding policy. The revision also includes a new revenue forecast.
For the nine months ended September, revenue was ¥574.725 billion, up 35.4% year on year, operating profit was ¥120.53 billion, up 13.2%, and net income was ¥69.47 billion, up 14.5%. Rental income from offices and other properties remained stable, while real estate for sale also performed steadily.
The stock has moved back into positive territory in afternoon trading, with the market viewing the developments favorably. The move is believed to reflect stable rental income from properties completed or acquired under the previous forecast.
