SAXA,Inc. announced that it will launch the GF2100 business server for small and medium-sized businesses in December 2026. The product includes ransomware protection as standard, with the aim of strengthening corporate security measures.
The GF2100 can detect and block ransomware attacks originating from infected computers and automatically restore files. It monitors unauthorized activity such as mass overwriting, file-name changes and deletion, enabling prompt action. In the event of an infection, the Ransomware Infection Diagnosis Service provides recovery advice.
To meet demand for long-term operation, a 7-year Plus+ model has been introduced in addition to the existing 5-year license and maintenance period. This provides an operating option designed to address extended cost commitments and reduce workloads.
As market context, the company cited ransomware attacks ranking among the leading threats to organizations in the Information-technology Promotion Agency's 10 Major Information Security Threats 2026. SAXA,Inc. stated that it will support stronger corporate security through the GF2100.
