バルニバービ revised its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending July 2026 downward by 54.8%, from the previous forecast of ¥680 million to ¥300 million, turning its full-year outlook to a decline in profit. The company also significantly reduced its second-half outlook.
バルニバービ announced an earnings revision after the market close on 28 August, revising its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending July 2026 from the previous forecast of ¥680 million to ¥300 million. Ordinary profit was ¥620 million in the previous fiscal year. As a result, the ordinary profit outlook has contracted substantially, implying a decline of more than 50%.
In addition, based on the full-year plan after the downward revision, the company reduced its consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the February-July period (second half) from the previous forecast of ¥470 million to ¥100 million, a reduction of approximately 78.9% from ¥390 million in the same period of the previous fiscal year.
