Since its founding, the company has provided services connecting landowners and tenants, and has established a distinctive business model supporting rental property operations alongside the long-term growth of its management portfolio. It has ranked No. 1 nationwide in units under management for 30 consecutive years and No. 1 nationwide in rental brokerage transactions for 16 consecutive years.
In the environmental and disaster preparedness fields, the company is working to improve the environmental performance of housing by promoting the development and wider adoption of ZEH and LCCM rental housing and the use of domestically sourced timber. It is also expanding the deployment of disaster-prepared rental housing incorporating the phase-free concept.
