The project carries forward the name of the town development business previously presented as Chiba City ZOO Area ZEH Town. It has been designated as part of Chiba City's Decarbonization Leading Area, selected by the Ministry of the Environment. Daito Trust Construction is advancing the project as one of its initiatives following the 高岡江尻センタープロジェクト.
The official website introduces the origin of the project name, the town development concept, an overview of the microgrid aiming to achieve local production and consumption of energy, and the history of the area surrounding the planned site. Information on progress and other initiatives will be released successively in the future.
