クラッド大分 is a contact center operator based in Oita City. For the fiscal year ended December 2025, it reported revenue of approximately ¥466 million, operating profit of approximately ¥6 million and net assets of approximately ¥26 million. The acquisition will cover all shares held by クラッド, based in Minato-ku, Tokyo. The acquisition price is ¥200 million, and the scheduled acquisition date is 23 October 2026.
