AIAI Group raised its full-year forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027. After making Habii a consolidated subsidiary, revenue is expected to reach ¥30 billion under a new consolidation scope that includes Iris and Happiness Comes.
AIAI Group raised its consolidated full-year earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027, increasing revenue from ¥26 billion to ¥30 billion. EBITDA is expected to rise from ¥2.7 billion to ¥3.5 billion, operating profit from ¥1.2 billion to ¥2 billion, ordinary profit from ¥1 billion to ¥2 billion, and net profit attributable to owners of the parent from ¥700 million to ¥1.1 billion. Earnings per share is projected at ¥169.13.
The revision reflects an expanded business base and improved financial position. AIAI Group acquired all shares of Habii on 1 September 2026 and included Habii and its subsidiaries Iris and Happiness Comes in the scope of consolidation. Their results will be incorporated from the third quarter of the fiscal year, with improvement in profitability expected. The forecast assumes that the impact of improved treatment for childcare workers and higher personnel expenses will be offset.
Results for the previous fiscal year, ended March 2026, were revenue of ¥14.633 billion and operating profit of ¥1.105 billion. Growth in existing businesses and expansion through M&A progressed concurrently.
The company also disclosed a notice regarding a revision to its dividend forecast, including its first dividend, on the same day.
