Zojirushi Shokudo Tokyo, operated by Zojirushi Corporation, announced that it will begin serving its fall menu on 3 September. The menu incorporates new flavors evoking the bounty of autumn, while adding new elements to some of the restaurant's standard dishes.
The lunch menu includes a Zojirushi set meal with sea bream ochazuke, priced at ¥2,400 including tax, with a choice of 2 main dishes. The pork teriyaki combines a fruit sauce with the richness of amazake and is served with a savory crumble as an accent for adult palates. The salmon and vegetables in spicy black-vinegar sauce use the richness and heat of black vinegar to bring out the ingredients' natural flavors. The Tokyo-exclusive Miyabi Kaiseki menu is available by reservation only, with 90-minute seating starting at 11:00.
