TriIs revised its medium- to long-term growth strategy, TRIiS2.0, and newly set a 2031 PBR target of 15–25x. The lower-end range is 2–6x, the mid-range is 6–10x and the ideal range is 30–50x.
TriIs announced on the 15th that it had revised its medium- to long-term growth strategy, “TRIiS2.0.” It plans to give concrete form to its previous vision of being a “one-stop developer in the capital markets” as a “capital markets curator (discoverer)” vision, presenting more clearly its unique growth model and the level of market valuation it seeks.
It significantly raised its 2031 PBR target and set a new range of 2–6x at the lower end, 6–10x in the mid-range and 30–50x as the ideal range. When the targets were announced in 2026, the company had assumed a core range of 3.6–6.1x as its five-year target and an upper reference range of 7.5x, but it has now presented new targets reflecting continuous M&A and management innovation through the use of AI.
The revision is intended to present a more concrete and ambitious path to growth while increasing the company’s valuation in the capital markets. Attention will focus on the progress of specific initiatives and achievement of the numerical targets.
