Glad Cube and Pronexus will launch the AI-powered shareholder meeting support service “Sokai QA Omakase-kun,” limited to the first 20 companies. Built on the AI bot AvaTwin, the service provides end-to-end support from meeting preparation through the day of the meeting.
Glad Cube will work with Pronexus to launch a new plan on 27 October 2026 that uses AI to support the preparation for and handling of shareholder meetings. The plan is available to listed companies that do business with Glad Cube, with applications accepted from the first 20 companies. Alongside its previous initiatives involving AI avatars, the plan is intended to improve the efficiency of shareholder meeting operations.
The new plan will be offered as “Sokai QA Omakase-kun,” based on Glad Cube’s AvaTwin Chatbot. It is designed to reduce the preparation and operational burden of shareholder meetings by automatically generating anticipated Q&As based on the previous year’s results and preparing answers based on uploaded information. Glad Cube and Pronexus have previously collaborated on the production of AI avatars, and this offering combines shareholder meeting functions as a joint service.
For the service, users can upload IR materials, securities reports and past anticipated Q&As, and the AI will create 100 anticipated Q&As in approximately 10 minutes. During the service period, up to 20,000 Q&As can be created, with results downloadable in Excel or CSV format. On the day of the meeting, users can enter or provide questions by voice, and the service will display draft answers based on the advance materials in approximately 5 seconds.
In terms of reliability in actual operation, Glad Cube says testing found that the rate of errors involving nonexistent people or incorrect figures was below 0.1%. The service can be used for 4 months and, after the shareholder meeting, installed on the IR site to handle inquiries. The limited offering is available to the first 20 companies from 27 October 2026.
