Glad Cube and Pronexus will launch a new plan, "Sokai QA Omakase-kun", using AI to support listed companies from shareholder meeting preparation through on-the-day handling. The plan is available to listed companies that do business with Pronexus, runs for 4 months and is limited to the first 20 companies.
Glad Cube, together with its business partner Pronexus, will launch the new "Sokai QA Omakase-kun" plan, which automatically prepares anticipated shareholder meeting questions and answers based on IR materials and past anticipated Q&A. The launch date is Tuesday, 27 October 2026, and the plan is available to listed companies that do business with Pronexus. A standard plan will also be offered separately.
Before the meeting, the plan can generate up to 20,000 anticipated questions and answers, with the results available for download in Excel or CSV format for internal review. On the day of the meeting, proposed answers to shareholder questions will be displayed in around 5 seconds, and users can also obtain answers from a chatbot to unexpected questions.
After the meeting, the service can be used on the IR site during the subscription period, automatically responding to inquiries from shareholders and investors 24 hours a day. The usage period is 4 months, with continued use after the period to be discussed separately.
The plan is based on AvaTwin Chatbot. Because answers are based only on the content of uploaded materials, it incorporates a mechanism to suppress unsupported answers. The plan is limited to the first 20 companies, costs ¥620,000 excluding tax, and accepts applications from 27 October 2026 through 26 February 2027.
