有澤建設 appointed Fujiki Masashi (藤木 将志) as its new president to mark the company’s 110th anniversary since its founding, while Kinoshita Eisuke (木下 英資) became chairman. The company is also bringing in a head of finance as it works to strengthen the organisation and build a management structure for the next generation.
As 有澤建設 approaches its 110th anniversary since its founding, the presidency changed from Kinoshita Eisuke (木下 英資), who had been the company’s representative director and president, to Fujiki Masashi (藤木 将志), who was promoted to the position of president. Kinoshita Eisuke (木下 英資), the company’s representative director and chairman, assumed the chairmanship. Fujiki Masashi (藤木 将志) is the first person from outside the founding family to become president of the company. The company has indicated that it will shift to a structure in which management is supported by a team centred on the president.
Fujiki Masashi (藤木 将志) joined the company in 2006, after previously working for a local condominium developer. After joining 有澤建設, he served successively as a director, managing director and senior managing director. Following his appointment as a director in the year of the company’s 100th anniversary, he continued preparing to become president. Kinoshita Eisuke (木下 英資) decided to entrust the presidency to Fujiki Masashi (藤木 将志), ultimately placing the next generation in his hands.
Under the new management structure, the company will prioritise developing executives and leaders, and aims to build an organisation that delegates authority and entrusts responsibilities to younger employees. Along with the transfer of management authority, it is also advancing institutional improvements, including a review of approval and authorisation procedures, and is establishing a structure in which routine approvals are completed based on the new president’s decisions.
The company is strengthening its organisation by bringing in a person who has overseen finance for many years as head of finance. It is also working to strengthen cooperation among the 4 group companies and clarify their respective roles. While drawing on its 110-year history, 有澤建設 aims to create an environment in which each employee can work with energy and connect the baton of knowledge and trust to the next generation.
