Heiwa Real Estate announced the completion of “HF Oshiage Residence II,” an urban rental apartment building. It is the 10th building in a series intended to create added value through the company’s urban building business.
The property is a seven-story above-ground reinforced-concrete building with a total floor area of 1,307.32 square metres, a site area of 302.26 square metres, 19 units in total, and 2LDK layouts ranging from 49.85 to 59.83 square metres. Completion was on 30 September 2026.
The property is located in 5-chome Mukojima, Sumida-ku, Tokyo, a 12-minute walk from Oshiage Station on the Toei Asakusa Line, Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line and Keisei Oshiage Line, and an 11-minute walk from Hikifune Station via another line.
