Proud City Kunitachi, a redevelopment of Kunitachi Fujimidai Danchi in Kunitachi, Tokyo, is scheduled for completion in March 2026, with handover of the condominium units scheduled to begin sequentially from July of the same year. Three companies are working together to redevelop the aging condominium and create a sustainable community.
This project redevelops Kunitachi Fujimidai Danchi, completed in 1965 and comprising 298 housing units. Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Tokyo Tatemono and UR Linkage have promoted the project as participating union members. The replacement condominium, Proud City Kunitachi, is scheduled for completion in March 2026, with handover of the condominium units scheduled to begin in July 2026. The project aims to carry the area's existing greenery and community into the future.
The project places emphasis on extensive landscaping and the development of common spaces. The application of Kunitachi City's Act on Facilitation of Condominium Redevelopment and other measures, together with the Kunitachi City Community Development Ordinance, relaxed the height limit from 19m to 25m and secured a green residential environment. The site covers approximately 2.7 hectares, with green space accounting for approximately 24% of the site. The project has also obtained ABINC certification.
