OZmall is the web version of OZ Magazine, which launched in 1996, and provides a premium booking service supported by 5 million members. Through Perk, Wantedly,Inc aims to improve employee engagement.
Perk is available from ¥280 per month and offers approximately 90,000 benefits, including food delivery and movie tickets, that can be accessed entirely online. Through this partnership, the company aims to improve employee motivation and strengthen engagement.
